SUPERVISION

I offer supervision to psychologists who provide psychological therapy, medico-legal assessment as well as those working in leadership and management roles. I also provide supervision to staff wishing to reflect on their work in the mental health field

CONSULTATION

I offer a space for staff groups to reflect and process the challenging nature of the work they do. This may be for healthcare staff working with risk and challenging clients or for organisations to understand the psychological impact of the work and the interpersonal dynamics that is so important to understand. This can be carries with board members or specific teams within your organisation
